PRODUCER: Jensenne Roculan has produced the award-winning documentary on the Pillow Fight League, "Fight Like a Girl!", which won Best Documentary and was nominated for Best Editing, Best Production Management, and the People's Choice Award, at the 2007 Sheridan College Media Arts Awards. The documentary also was submitted by Sheridan College to the TIFF Student Showcase of 2007. Jensenne was the Line Producer for the Sheridan College Media Arts Awards, which involved raising over $15,000 from leading film and television companies including CTV, Global, Kodak, and Deluxe. She was the recipient of the Frances Rustom Television Scholarship during her second year of film studies at Sheridan College. She is currently employed at Copperheart Entertainment as the assistant to the Academy Award winning producer, Steve Hoban.
DIRECTOR: Yonah Lewis: Since an early age, Yonah Lewis has directed many award-winning films. His films have been seen throughout various children and teen film festivals across the world, including the TIFF Sprockets festival, Mexico City Student Film Festival, and the International Teen Movie Festival. Yonah was the recipient of the Red Green Award For Most Outstanding 2nd Year Media Arts Student in 2007.
DIRECTOR: Calvin Tamas: For many years, Calvin Tamás has writen, directed and photographed several award winning student productions. His most recent works have been screened on CBC's Exposure and at the United Nations General Assembly.
Upon meeting in film school Yonah and Calvin have worked closely together on almost every film. Their frequent collaborations have won them Best Alternative Film Award (The Brass Railroad) , and First and Second Year People's Choice Award during their studies at Sheridan College.
Intentions: This short film will be submitted to the Student and Independent Film Festivals located all over the world, including the TIFF Student Showcase.
SYNOPSIS:
SIMON, the handsome, but withdrawn lighthouse keeper, rarely ventures from the safety of his tower. Upon meeting the pretty and flirtatious letter-carrier ELAINE, he is forced to struggle with his romantic inadequacies and find a way to start a relationship.

Though handsome, Simon is nervous and awkward and shies away from human contact, especially that of the opposite gender. His emotional and social inadequacies lead Simon to a lonely existence, that is only interrupted by the appearance of a new female letter-carrier for whom he immediately falls. LEAD

New to her job, she is excited by it all and is unusually curious to the comings and goings of the country town.
