SYNOPSIS:
An old man sits in his apartment watching TV. He is too involved with the TV show to answer the door where two mysterious figures are knocking. They wear conservative business suits and their porcelain-white complexions are expressionless. These men are angels who have come for the old man.
Instead of responding to the knocking, the old man receives two visions:
First, the TV screen depicts the old man’s death by heart attack. He watches until the screen switches back to the original TV show.
Secondly, after staring at a photograph of his younger self with a beautiful woman, he remembers a romantic encounter with her. Suddenly, she transforms into one of the angels. When he looks at the photograph again, his younger self is now standing in between the angels, but now their faces are distorted.
When he turns away , the two Angels are sitting in his living room and he knows that he cannot avoid his fate. He attempts to stall his inevitable end by asking to write farewell notes. He scribbles names on two envelopes, Suzanne and Pimpaporn. Finally, they all leave together. Once outside, he asks the angels if they can go back to write the address on the envelopes.
One angel simply says, ‘Don’t bother. They’re already dead.’
