STORY LINE: Sitting in the solace of a Catholic Church, a veteran contract killer recalls a hit from the previous night as he explains his methodology to his young apprentice.

CHARACTER BREAKDOWN (please note we are casting the role of NATHAN ONLY, other character information is provided for context):

NATHAN (mid 20's) Any ethnicity. Average looking. He's taken to Tanner as an apprentice but doesn't quite understand everything yet. Orphaned at a young age. He's full of energy that he's learning to channel into something constructive.

N.B. The following roles have already been cast but are shown for context purposes only.

TANNER (mid 40's-50's) Any ethnicity. Not old, experienced. Detached from society and its traditions. He's been a contract killer for eight years and hasn't looked back. As far as he's concerned, there's nothing more wrong with killing for money as there is working a nine to five in an office. His fee is high and he deserves it.

ALAN (30's) Any ethnicity. A man in desperation after the legal system failed to deliver justice to a man that murdered his sister. He contracted Tanner to deliver it instead, but now that the job is done, he feels regret.

MR. STYLES (mid 30's) Any ethnicity. A well off business type with the money to buy safety. Acquitted of a murder charge thanks to 'lack of conclusive evidence'. He's been keeping low since the trial. Sleeps with a gun under his pillow.
