Plot Synopsis:

"MNEMOSYNE" captures the tragicomic decline of a marriage. The events and memories of the couple will be presented out of chronological sequence, contrasting their once passionate love with the abysmal boredom and even antipathy with which they eventually regard each other.

2 Character breakdowns:

Leading man (Tomas) - Mid 20s to early 30s. A witty, self-assured, sarcastic intellectual, Tomas scoffs at morality and marriage, until his wife decides on divorce, leaving him quietly dejected.

Leading lady (Yet to be named) - Mid 20s to early 30s. An intelligent, clever, but sexually repressed woman, she never lets Tomas get the upper hand in their exchanges. Although she loves Tomas and finds him charming, she decides that life together is not working and ends their marriage.
