Director: Gregory Breen. Pawns is a short student film being made as part of Ryerson University's Summer Film School.

SYNOPSIS:

"Pawns" is a 7-minute comedy/drama about two co-workers (1 male, 1 female) who enjoy playing chess on their breaks. Disgruntled with the officer workers who inhabit their building and suddenly realizing their old battered chess board somehow controls the personnel at the company they maneuver the pieces to change the management structure in their favour.
