Production:" Stumped" . **This is a short film from fourth year Ryerson University Film Studies students.

"Stumped" is being filmed over four consecutive days on location in Paisley, ON (approx. 3 hours North-West of Toronto). Tentative shoot dates: Oct 21-24. Food and lodging provided. Travel arrangements to be arranged and/or production will compensate for travel expenses.

Synopsis:

Leonard McTeer is adjusting to the quiet life on his retirement property in rural Ontario. His obsession with hunting down the snapping turtle that bit off his little toe leads to a budding friendship between Leonard and Adam Parker, the son of a neighbouring farmer. Together, they stalk their reptile prey culminating in a horrific act of violence pitting man against nature.
