Synopsis:

Bowman is the boss of a major corporation in England. He is also a very unfaithful husband who is having an affair with Mrs.Langley, the most seductive woman known to man. After he displeases Mrs. Langley she leaves his slightly futuristic and sparkling clean office. Bowman’s assistant Lester arrives at this same moment with a strange looking machine.

The machine, postmarked one day from now by Bowman himself, states that he will die unless he leaves his office immediately. While Lester isn’t admiring over Bowman’s beautiful office and wishing it were his own, he focuses on convincing Bowman that he has to do something or else he will indeed die. However, Bowman’s biggest concern is getting Mrs. Langley to come back. All the while, Bowman’s monotone secretary Wilson uses the intercom to remind Bowman about the meeting he is late for, his angry wife demanding to see him and the truth about the mysterious machine.

The oblivious Bowman frantically wonders if his future self really did send it back in time to ensure that he survived from something terrible. Before Bowman or Lester can figure it out, Mrs. Langley’s extremely angry husband bursts into the office and shoots Bowman in the head. Lester is in shock...slightly because his boss just died, but mostly because the office of his dreams is now covered in blood.

5 breakdowns:

1. WILSON - Male / 31-40 yrs. / Any Ethnicity: Anywhere from 20-60 years of age. Wilson is the disembodied voice that Bowman communicates with over his intercom. Along with Lester, Wilson keeps Bowman as on track as possible.Wilson knows that Bowman doesn’t deserve to be the boss of the company but he also knows that Bowman will just dig his own grave. Wilson finds the problems that Bowman gets himself into somewhat amusing but he mostly just doesn’t really care. When it comes to Bowman being killed, Wilson is indifferent in his feelings of whether or not Bowman will survive.

2. MRS. LANGLEY - Female / 25-30 yrs. / Any Ethnicity: She is 20-40 years of age. She is the most seductive woman that anyone has ever encountered, and there hasn’t been one man that she wanted and did not get. She has had a history with the majority of men in the company and is now playing Bowman, the boss. Although she has affairs, she stays with her husband Mr. Langley. It’s not the act of sexual activity that makes Mrs. Langley do this, it’s the feeling she gets knowing that every man that sees her immediately wants her.

3. LESTER - Male / 31-40 yrs. / Any Ethnicity: He is 30-50 years of age. A fidgety man who wants to be in Bowman’s position because he wants nothing more than to have Bowman’s beautiful office. Lester has been the assistant to Bowman for 8 years now. Lester is very faithful to Bowman and would do anything for him. Lester has only ever been with one woman in his lifetime (Mrs. Langley). Lester has worked his way up in the company from the time he was 19 and now he is finally one rank from being the boss. Of course, until Bowman is gone than Lester will only be an assistant. This creates an internal struggle for Lester, but given the choice, he will pick the office over Bowman every single time.

4. BOWMAN - Male / 41-50 yrs. / Any Ethnicity: He is 30-50 years of age. He likes to think that absolutely nothing can get past him without him noticing it, when in reality it is the complete opposite. He is too narrow minded and focused on having sex with Mrs. Langley to even notice that his assistant Lester is constantly drooling over his office. When Mr. Langley points the gun at Bowman’s head and is about to kill him, Bowman's brain doesn’t even process the fact that he is about to shoot him. He figured that Mr. Langley was just giving him a friendly wave with a revolver in his hand.

5. MR. LANGLEY - Male / 31-40 yrs. / Any Ethnicity: He is 30-50 years of age. He works as a custodian in the office building. He was known as a cool kid when he was a teenager but very few would still consider him as that. He loves his wife very much...or at least he loves the idea of having her and is completely terrified of losing her.He has found several clues that his wife cheats on him but has dismissed most of them. Until one day when he hears a detailed message from Bowman on his answering machine, describing the exact time and location for Mrs. Langley to meet up with him for their sexual encounter. Mr. Langley then sets up an elaborate plan so that he can find him and kill him.
